Never felt a feeling so revealing of my deepest soul
Seldom ever granted it parole
Now it plays at host and toasts the greatest show on earth
One which knows both how to love and be loved in return

To She I am bonded
If only I knew who she were
If only my vision weren’t blurred
If only tired eyes would concur
Then I would thrust my sword into the earth beneath my feet
Partake in leap of faith so great
Die blind to watch her grace my wake
Would climb the steepest cliff face
Just to reach the precipice of sweet embrace
If only I discerned her piquant face

From She I seek the seamless dreams we interlace
For telltale signs of grape vine bled
Contest the waters altered course
And lend support to rest my weary head
Remorseful thoughts long dearly kept
In throng sincerely wept
To cleanse the lens of eyes bedecked in jewels repented thence misspent
Within these vaults
She repossesses
Every blessing cursed to never vent
Tethered to the essence which undresses every sense

Never felt a feeling so revealing of my deepest soul
Seldom ever granted it parole
Now it plays at host and toasts the greatest show on earth
One which knows both how to love and be loved in return

If only I discerned her piquant face
Then I would reach the precipice
Be destined for the sweetest of embraces
Partake in leap of faith so great
Die blind in time to wake again
For ever after
Far, far longer
First named guard and Cosantóirí pride themselves upon defence of honour
If only I discerned her piquant face
Then I would reach the precipice
Be destined for the sweetest of embraces

Dignified response through bond unbreakable in twine
If only I discerned inferno blazing in her eyes
Then ours would be the fire to braid the shadow into light
The kind of love that breaks nature’s disguise
The kind of love that transcends space and time
The kind of love that paints the frameless skies with stars that sparkle bright
Roshwyn is the name that they confide
We danced together in another life…

Never felt a feeling so revealing of my deepest soul
Seldom ever granted it parole
Now it plays at host and toasts the greatest show on earth
One which knows both how to love and be loved in return
