The halcyon nestled on the tide of winter solstice
Charming winds and waves into an innate state of calm
This white-throated bird was forevermore exalted
Elevated from its place to raise no great alarm
.
Perched upon the sloping hopes and dreams deemed too obscene to chase
For keeping pace may see erased this token of esteem
Setting a precocious scene
Of noble theme expressed
Known to bleed with dignity the heart beneath its breast
Soaking the foreboding breeze of east and west foreseen to ease the grope opposing seas approaching openly aggrieved

Relieving sheath of disbelief
The halcyon in honour breathed the name of famed reprise
To seed the veins of plaintive cries
Proclaim accelerated rise and elevate to greater shrine
.
Faith abiding evermore
That all birds of a feather soar
Henceforth adored
Bereft remorse
Of pure shores intertwined
.
