Lang Lang “Waltz Op. 64, No. 2”

I value not the rest above
The love of just one heart
I trust in blind luck just enough to go not home but hard for love
Would dedicate my art for love
Be sonneteer, troubadour and bard rolled into one
Place the moon on ice
Make day of night and fire the sun
For just one kiss that whispers
You’re the one

For love like such
I’d grab a clutch of stardust from the bust of Venus
Just to dust the leaves beneath her feet
Be the breeze and sweep her off them
More than little
More than often
Showing every sign I’ll soften
Every time her dimples blush
Trust in blind luck just enough to close my eyes and leap with faith
Just to hear the angels speak her name

For love like such
So much ado
The touch of love
Thereof unto
She moves with ever timeless grace
I see her in each tide I chase
Would give both eyes to see her face
And never one time shy away
Every night I lie awake
I pine away for She
And one fine day
I’ll find a way to wear the very air she breathes
Make day of night and fire the sun
For just one kiss that whispers
You’re the one

For love like such
Would gladly come undone
Could value not the rest above
The love of just one heart
I trust in blind luck just enough to dedicate my art for love
Be all her heart has ever dared desire rolled into one
Testify a love so great that every angel cries her name
Make night of day
Invite the sun
Their love affair has just begun
Every vein in stately braid be spun
For just one kiss that whispers
You’re the one
