Too remarkably serene to see motion denied

Keen describing steep decline
Feel the need reminding we are tied to preconceived design
Care not if we seek advice
E’er obliged to speak their minds
Dare to mention condescension
Make no bones
There will be tension
Rate of growth declared exemption
Cases show no fair intention
