home
we can make it home
roam
and go make it so
.
there exists a brave new world
afar not from our own
where endless time and space unfurls
forevermore to roam
a place bereft of suffering
resting place for weary bones
here they are not requisite
to see the flowers grow
.
no deficit emotional
no benefits negotiable
no pleasure unapproachable
no measure unbeknownst
this is where the souls reside
at such time as annulled from life
where they lie still
in deep rest bide
to testify of home
.
home
we can make it home
(testify of home)
roam
and go make it so
(testify of home)
(home)
.
home
we can make it home
(testify of home)
roam
and go make it so
.
should we be abreast of lives
foregoing of our own
should déjà vu request confide
then best this timeless prize enthrone
here on earth our flesh decays
while hopes and dreams are sped away
if only to authenticate
that we’re some way from home
.
each time we rest to meditate
we venture forth unknown
in doing so we elevate
to waking skies far flown
rising mists blow kisses as we soar the ether free of ache
across the galilean lakes
to where the river flows
.
home
we can make it home
(where the river flows)
roam
and go make it so
(where the river flow)
(flows)
.
home
we can make it home
(where the river flows)
roam
and go make it so
(testify of home)
.
the dreams in kind we generate
tomorrows bind to yesterdays
while spirits high accelerate
to see the flowers grow
.
perceptive eyes reprise a scene
to find the diamonds in-between
high on life we shine most bright
reminded of aspiring gleam
diving deep to prize the sight
of underlying theme
that privatised for entire lives
acquiring rights to be
.
first we must dare to be seen
truly for who we declare is the key
seek our own truth
be prepared to believe
every sense when requesting our leave
once we redeem long lost esteem
so often thieved by selves
we’re better dressed to hop skip leap
and glean these brave new worlds
.
first we must dare to be seen
(seen)
.
there exists a brave new world
afar not from our own
where endless time and space unfurls
forevermore to roam
a place bereft of suffering
resting place for weary bones
here they are not requisite
to see the flowers grow
.
see the flowers
see the flowers
see the flowers grow
see the flowers grow
see the flowers grow
grow
.
first we must dare to be seen
.
no part of us uncharted
feelings dear unclear departing
for sincerely we can clearly see
sound reason for embarking
hearts restarting
beating hard
are charmed advance in keen regard
to chance their arms
and dance their dances
thus enhancing scenic art
.
nevermore forbidden taste
such given not to mortal waste
domain bereft of suffering
for weary bones a secret place
herein we learn to decorate
the flowers in our bones
if only to authenticate
that we have made it home
.
we have made it home
.
home
we can make it home
(we have)
(we have made it home)
(home)
roam
and go make it so
(we have)
(we have made it home)
(home)
.
home
we can make it home
(we have)
(we have made it home)
(home)
roam
and go make it so
(we have)
(we have made it home)
(home)
.
home
we can make it home
(we have)
(we have made it home)
(home)
roam
and go make it so
(we have)
(we have made it home)
.

  1. “blow kisses as we soar the ether
    free of ache
    across the galilean lakes”

I love this song? Yes! Song! The words, the flow, the music used I’ve downloaded as I relate to the title Graveyard Girl 🥰 Can I swear… because I fucking adore everything about this.

    1. Please feel free to swear like a trucker. I fucking love your response. And the words “I love this song. Yes! Song!” made me squeal 🥰 More than anything, I wish for these pieces to be viewed as such, regardless of where the music originates from. And I love that you dig the audio, M83 are glorious and I have used a number of their instrumentals recently. Another band I’m all over at the moment are Volkor X. Here’s one I created last night that uses one of their tracks…

I am truly blessed by your belief in me.
