Forevermore I’m spun
Forevermore I’m spun
Forevermore I’m spun
(Spun)

.
Dressed to kill
The spiderwoman violates her prey
Gossamer and ash exact sweet rapture of decay
Dextrous this vender of arachnid distemper
Janus-faced her brash embrace
Yet unmatched in her splendour
.
Unmatched in her splendour
Unmatched in her splendour
In her splendour
In her splendour
Unmatched in her splendour
.
Unmatched in her splendour
Unmatched in her splendour
In her splendour
In her splendour
(Spun)
.
Her bite is one long kiss goodnight
Tomorrows notwithstanding
The sorrows of her quarry
She no less than has a hand in
The hollows of her eyes delight the very flies she bids affright
Coals exposing blackest night
Never one time dappled light
.
Dressed to kill
The spiderwoman has me in her sights
Feel her toxins coursing through my veins and this delights
Tangled in her web
Intrigued to see my own demise
Drown my every sorrow in the hollows of her eyes
.
Sat astride her victim
The tangled web she weaves then twists
To bind the wrists while priming lips
For one long kiss goodnight
.
One long kiss goodnight
One long kiss goodnight
To bind the wrists while priming lips
For one long kiss goodnight
.
I feel her writhe
Beneath the sheets
Know well the kind
Of heat she seeks
Serpentine
She slinks
She coils
Purging ink
To reap her spoils
(Writhe again)
Squirming
Surging
Lurching
Scourging
Urging forth
All force converging
Merging with the flesh
Meshed to attest
Each undressed breath
Insurgent
Verging on insane
The pain is less inflamed
When entertained
Untamed is the beast
Which creeps with fleet
Through labyrinthine veins
Locked within unblinking gaze
Powerless to shrink away
Know not what to think or say
And ignorance is bliss
.
Even in this shrinking space
I feel relieved to drink her taste
Sourness of its sweet embrace
The flowers in her kiss
My pale lips purse
To lift the curse
And peek beneath its veil
Inhale the stale air
Thus declare allegiance to prevail
Bleed it into every sinew
Feel malfeasance discontinue
Herein to congeal the tissue
Gripping blackened lung
Scale the rungs
To height of bane
Introduce the light again
All terrain
To cauterise
While saucer eyes
Delight again
Blighted air exhale
As she breathes frailty back to life again
Then waits until the dead of night
To writhe again
Waits until the dead of night
To writhe again
Waits until the dead of night
To writhe again
.
